Teeth-in-a-day is an efficient and convenient dental procedure that condenses the months-long process of getting dental implants, giving you a great new smile on the same day your implants are placed.

Teeth-in-a-day is based on the technology and techniques of dental implantation, which uses metal rods placed into the living bone of the jaw. These implants anchor a bridge made of artificial teeth that will look and feel like natural teeth.

Unlike regular removable dentures that are prone to slipping and can lead to sore painful gums, teeth-in-a-day dentures fit permanently onto the implants, which work like artificial roots, giving you a normal bite and a gorgeous, enduring smile.

The teeth-in-a-day procedure delivers new teeth that look, feel, and fit just like natural teeth. In one day, your painful dental challenges are transformed into a new, healthy, beautiful smile.

Teeth-in-a-Day Cost and Pricing

Teeth-in-a-day costs typically run from $25,000 to ~$40,000 per arch.

Our pricing is set at $14,750; this is over 40% discount from competitors. This is because our oral surgeons are using the latest technology. Our results are identical – if not better – than competitors.

What is included in teeth-in-a-day cost?

Our teeth-in-a-day costs and pricing are all-inclusive, including CT-scans, all appointments (initial consult, surgery, post-operative checkup, etc.), costs of the procedure, and materials.

Teeth-in-a-day cost vs. Individual Implant Cost

A single-tooth-implant costs range from $3,000 to $6,000 dollars per tooth, depending on the tooth that needs to be replaced as well as where the procedure is performed. Consider the price if you need six upper teeth replaced. Six individual implants could cost between $18,000 to $36,000 dollars, which is much higher than our teeth-in-a-day cost.

Teeth-in-a-day can be much less expensive than individual dental implants and can be the ideal solution when several teeth need replacing.

How Teeth-in-a-Day Procedures Work

The teeth-in-a-day procedure is a highly efficient approach to the full arch dental implant restoration process, in which diseased and hopeless teeth are removed, dental implants are inserted into the jawbones, and a bridge is then placed immediately.

Calling teeth-in-a-day miraculous isn’t an exaggeration. In one day, you can get the bright white smile of your dreams.

The Typical Teeth-in-a-Day Process

The teeth-in-a-day process is efficient and precise, delivering lasting results in less than a day. It’s individualized to ensure that the implanted posts will be stable and secure. On your first visit, your oral surgeon will take 3D digital scans of your jaws to determine where the bone is most adequate and healthiest to support implants. These images allow the most stable implant sites to be identified.

Creating an accurate map of your jawbone’s contours also allows your team to make your new temporary teeth, allowing you to get a celebrity smile in one procedure.

On the day of the teeth-in-a-day procedure, your oral surgeon will remove any of your remaining natural teeth, prepare your gums and jawbones for the procedure, then implant 4 titanium posts into the jawbone. Typically, posts are placed in each jaw but more may be placed if needed. The use of 4 implants gives the procedure its other common name—the “all on four” dental implant procedure.

Because your jaw will need time to heal, we don’t place your permanent teeth on the same day as your implant procedure. Instead, you’ll receive a temporary set of teeth to wear while the healing process takes place.

This temporary set of teeth is customized to your exact needs and will be worn until your jaw is ready for your permanent teeth to be placed.

Permanent teeth in a day are made of zirconia, a tough, durable material that can last a lifetime. The permanent teeth are placed roughly 3 months after your surgery.

Materials Used in Teeth-in-a-Day

The posts placed into your jawbone in the teeth-in-day procedure are made of titanium, a light, strong metal. Titanium implants mimic a natural tooth root so well that the jawbone will grow new bone to fuse to it over time, just like natural teeth are securely fused to the bone.

New teeth-in-a-day can be made of acrylic or zirconia. Acrylic is a weaker material that tends to fracture, discolor, and make the overall procedure less effective. This is why we use zirconia. This is the best material for this procedure because it is strong, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.

Who Performs Teeth-in-a-Day Procedures?

The teeth-in-a-day procedure is a form of surgery and ought to be carried out by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon (aka oral surgeon). Oral and maxillofacial surgeons are trained in all types of complex surgical procedures involving the mouth, face, and jaw areas. Oral and maxillofacial surgeons have also completed hospital-based surgical residencies. They’re also trained to oversee the use of anesthesia. All of our centers work exclusively with oral surgeons.

Teeth-in-a-day Resources & Materials

Why is teeth-in-a-day better than getting individual implants?

Efficiency and convenience are the biggest advantages of teeth-in-a-day over individual implants, although the cost savings are also impressive. Unlike individual dental implants, teeth-in-a-day delivers a fabulous smile in a single day by carrying out all steps in the implant process in a single 3-4-hour procedure.

Cost is also an advantage of teeth-in-a-day, when compared to doing several individual implants instead.

How long is the teeth-in-a-day surgical procedure?

The teeth-in-a-day surgery and implantation process lasts from 1 to 2 hours, with the entire procedure, taking from 3 to 4 hours, depending on a person’s individual needs.

Is the teeth-in-a-day procedure painful?

Your teeth-in-a-day procedure is no more painful than other dental surgical procedures. Getting teeth-in-a-day takes place under IV anesthesia. Your oral surgeon will guide you on what type of anesthesia is the best for you, but most people report mild pain for a few days, which is easily managed with oral pain medication.

How long is the healing process for teeth-in-a-day?

The jawbone takes about 3 months to completely fuse to the posts implanted in your jawbone. However, this isn’t to say you have to be overly cautious for months. After the first week of healing, discomfort from the procedure drops rapidly. After 3 months, your jawbone and gums are fully healed, and your temporary teeth will be replaced by permanent ones. One might ask, why don’t we just put on the permanent teeth on the day of surgery? It’s because your gums and jawbone need time to heal, and so it’s beneficial to make the permanent teeth after all the healing has occurred, allowing us to give you a set of teeth that fits you the best for as long as possible.

Can I eat normally after the teeth-in-a-day surgery?

For the first two to three days after surgery, eat only soft foods, like mashed potatoes, pudding, yogurt and soup. Don’t use a straw in any beverage for one week. You want to allow your oral tissues to settle in and get a good start on the healing process. After the initial few days, diets are relaxed, and you can start to enjoy more of your favorite food.

Can people tell I had a teeth-in-a-day procedure?

The new teeth placed in your teeth-in-a-day procedure look like healthy white natural teeth and are indistinguishable from natural teeth.

Are the Teeth from the Teeth-in-Day Procedure Permanent?

Yes, the final teeth you have from the procedure will be permanent and can last for a lifetime if you take care of them. You’ll get a great-looking set of new teeth on the day of the procedure. As your teeth and gums heal over the next 3 months, the implanted posts will bond with you jawbone.

After 3 months, you’ll return to your oral surgeon to have your permanent teeth attached to your implants. There’s no surgery at this fitting—it’s painless and non-invasive.

All you have to do is enjoy your healthy new smile.
