Losing All Teeth and The Promise of Full Mouth Dental Implants
It’s tough to imagine life without teeth, isn’t it? When we’ve lost all our pearly whites, simple tasks like eating an apple or even flashing a smile become challenges. That’s where full mouth dental implants come into play. These marvels of modern dentistry are essentially permanent prosthetic teeth that look, feel, and function just like the real thing.
We’ve seen firsthand how full mouth dental implants can transform lives. They’re not just about improving aesthetics; they also restore functionality and boost self-confidence dramatically. Each implant is meticulously crafted from durable materials such as titanium and porcelain which mimic the structure of natural tooth roots and crowns. With these in place, you’ll be able to enjoy your favorite foods again without discomfort or fear of embarrassment.
The journey towards regaining a complete set of teeth might seem daunting at first, but with patience and proper care, we promise it’ll be worth every bit!
Full Mouth Dental Implant Cost and Pricing
What Is Included in our $14,999 Full Arch Cost?
Average national pricing for the full arch procedure ranges between $25,000 – $40,000 per arch (i.e., $50,000-80,000 for both arches of the mouth). At America’s First, we are able to offer the procedure at a much-reduced amount of $14,999 per arch (less than $30,000 for both arches of your mouth).
This is an all-inclusive, upfront cost. That means it covers the entire procedure, from start to finish, without surprise fees or other unexpected costs. It includes:
- All appointments and meetings (e.g., Initial consultation, surgery, post-operative checkup)
- Any imaging needed (e.g., CT scan, X-ray)
- Surgery to extract teeth and place dental implants into jawbone
- IV sedation anesthesia
- Temporary teeth used during recovery and healing
- Custom crafted and fitted permanent zirconia teeth that is made to fit your mouth
If additional costs are required (for example, if you need a bone graft, which is uncommon), you will know your total cost before you make a financial commitment to the procedure.
Full Mouth Dental Implant Cost vs. Individual Implant Cost
Many patients may be trying to decide if they should pursue a full mouth restoration, which will replace an entire row of teeth, or if they should focus on replacing individual teeth. This may be a consideration due to cost or an apprehension of removing healthy teeth to make way for full mouth implant.
- Individual Implant: $3,000 – $6,000 per tooth (nationally)
-
Full arch: $14,950/arch at our office ($25,000 – $40,000 nationally)
Individual dental implants range between $3,000 – $6,000 per tooth and can make sense for some patients who just need to replace a few teeth. However, the cost of individual implants quickly increases as the number of missing teeth increases.
Instead of repeating this process in individual procedures (as in the case of placing multiple individual implants), full mouth dental implant carries out these procedures for all teeth in one efficient surgery.
Remember, full mouth dental implants only require 4 implants to be installed for an entire row of teeth. For the vast majority of our patients who come to us, it makes far more financial and practical sense to pursue a full mouth procedure and return the mouth to its healthy, original function.

Our offices use specific, high-quality materials to provide you with the best possible dental implants. While other offices may use different materials, our dental implants are made with two primary materials: titanium implant and zirconia bridge.
Titanium Implant
Your all-on-X dental implants will be made of titanium. Titanium is strong and biocompatible, meaning it is not harmful to the human body. It’s why titanium is used in a wide variety of other medical procedures, like hip and knee replacements. It’s also extremely durable and reliable, with titanium implants achieving on average 97% success rate over 10 years.
Zirconia Bridge (permanent, final set of teeth)
The bridge (or the visible part of the all on X procedure that looks like real teeth) sits on top of the four implants and will be made from zirconia. Zirconia bridges are:
- Durable and strong
- Natural-looking
- Comfortable
- Biocompatible (your body won’t reject it)
Unlike materials used by other providers such as acrylic, zirconia won’t break down or discolor. Zirconia has become a popular material in a variety of dental procedures, not just implants, and we have seen this material have the greatest success.
Back To TopAt America’s First Dental Implant Centers, our full arch dental implants is priced at $14,999/arch ($29,998 for both arches of the mouth). This is an all-inclusive price that includes all appointments and imaging needs (3D CT scan, X-ray), surgery to extract teeth and place dental implants, IV sedation, temporary teeth, and final zirconia teeth. Our price is so competitive that we are able to offer lowest price guarantee.
Our price significantly lower than that of other offices, which tend to charge $25,000- $40,000+ per arch. We are able to offer our service at such low rate because we’re able to leverage unique advantages to come at such a low overall cost. Our advantages come from our highly trained oral surgeons. Our surgeons have performed more than 6,000 all-on-X procedures, giving them a deep level of expertise. They are able to perform full mouth procedures effectively and efficiently, which you can see with our extremely high success rate. In fact, many of our patients come to us to fix problems they have with dental implants they received from other providers.
Back To TopAs mentioned, at America’s First Dental Implant Centers, we offer full arch dental implants at the competitive price of $14,999 per arch. Snap-in dentures will cost an upfront fee of $8,000-$12,000 per arch, with an extra $2,500 to $5,000 to replace a row of dentures every five years.
In other words, based on our experience, all-on-X procedures are a better investment than snap-in dentures. Speak to our representative directly (866-974-1796) or learn more about our lowest price guarantee on full mouth procedures.
Back To TopWhen performed by oral surgeons (as is the case here at America’s First Dental Implant Centers), full mouth implants are not painful since you will be provided IV sedation and asleep during the procedure.
When the procedure is performed by a general dentist (or other doctors who are not trained surgeons), the procedure may be painful since you will not be given IV sedation.
Back To TopThe duration of the full mouth surgery will depend on which office is performing it. When performed by oral surgeons who are experts on the procedures (as is the case here at America’s First Dental Implant Centers since we’ve placed more than 5,000 full arches), the entire procedure will take around 2-3 hours.
When performed by general dentist and others who have relatively little experience, the procedure can take the full day.
Back To TopIf you need to replace multiple teeth, then full arch dental implants is likely more efficient than getting individual implants. Most importantly, it will likely save you time and money. A single dental implant costs between $3,000 to $6,000, and so the cost increases quickly as the number of missing teeth increases. In contrast, full-arch is offered at a fixed fee – $14,999 –that is unaffected by how many damaged and missing teeth you have. Furthermore, full-arch implants can help treat dental diseases and stop further bone loss.
Back To TopFull arch dental implants are designed to offer you a natural look. They are similar to natural healthy teeth, and it is nearly impossible for anyone to identify them. Due to their natural look, you also feel confident, young, and beautiful after dental surgery.
Back To TopDental implants are the only permanent fixed solution to replacing hopelessly damaged or missing teeth. Furthermore, dental implants prevent bone loss. Besides offering you the best natural teeth replacement, they serve the major function of eliminating infection and pain and restoring your best life. Dental implants look natural and function like real, natural teeth.
Back To TopSince the pain can vary from patient to patient, your surgeon will prescribe medications according to your needs. Typically, the oral surgeon will prescribe to you pain medications that you may need to take for a few days after surgery.
Back To TopYes, your oral surgeon will prescribe an antibiotic to take for around 7 days after the operation. You might also need to take an antimicrobial mouth rinse, known as Peridex, for at least one week after your procedure.
Back To TopYour surgeon will recommend you avoid driving only on the surgery day due to sedation., Likewise, depending on the number of teeth you get replaced and your mouth condition, your surgeon may recommend you avoid strenuous activities for a few days.
Back To TopIn many cases, you can start going to work after a week following the surgery. However, you need to continue visiting the clinic periodically for post-operative checkup appointments.
